Third Street Clinic is a non-profit organization that provides access to health care services
for low income residents of Grand Forks and Polk counties. We work with physicians
from Altru Health Systems and independent dentists, optometrists and pharmacists to
provide high quality health care for friends and neighbors that qualify for our programs.We are located in downtown Grand Forks in the River’s Edge Plaza at 311 South 4th Street, Suite 117.
Appointments can be made by visiting our office during regular business hours, or you can call the clinic
with any questions you may have regarding eligibility.Since 1989, Third Street Clinic has provided access to health care services for low income
residents of Grand Forks and Polk counties. Physicians from Altru Health Systems, as well
as various optometrists, dentists, and pharmacists, volunteer their services to ensure our patients
have the best possible care in the region.Patients of Third Street Clinic must have a household income within 150% of the Federal Poverty
Income Guidelines, be uninsured and not eligible for any government healthcare assistance program,
and be a resident of our service area for at least thirty (30) days. For more information about
